Nanindigan si Commission on Elections o COMELEC Commissioner Christian Robert Lim na labag sa batas ang desisyon ng COMELEC En Banc na i-extend ang deadline sa pagsusumite ng Statement of Contributions and Expenditures o SOCE

“For the record its illegal if you look at the law nakalagay within 30 days. If you’ll go beyond 30 days that’s tantamount to an amendment of the law. Its only congress who has the power to extend.” Pahayag ni Lim

Kaugnay nito pormal nang nagsumite ng resignation si Lim bilang pinuno ng Campaign Finance Office ng COMELEC.

Nakatakda namang talakayin ng en banc ang desisyong ito ni Lim.
