The South Korea’s military said on Thursday North Korea’s recent statement on missile strike is a challenge against seoul and the US- South Korea Alliance.
The military also said that they believe North Korea has reached a considerable level of miniaturising a nuclear warhead, but it’s hard to predict when they will be able to load it onto ballistic missile.
