Kinukumpirma pa ng Armed Forces of the Philippines ang umano’y pamumugot kay Robert Hall, isa sa foreign nationals na binihag ng bandidong Abu Sayaff Group.

Ayon sa ulat na nakarating sa AFP nangyari ang be-heading isang oras matapos ang itinakdang deadline sa pagbabayad ng 600 million pesos na hinihinging random kapalit ng paglaya ng tatlong bihag ng bandidong grupo.

“We have no confirmed information regarding that incident. That is being reported. I have contact with major tan in Zamboanga. And the information is that they are just continuing with the support operations. But that information will be considered for confirmation.” Pahayag ni AFP Public Affairs Office Chief Col.
