Binigyang diin ni Presidential Adviser for Entrepreneurship Joey Concepcion ang kahalagahan ng pagsunod sa mga panuntunan upang magtuloy-tuloy na ang pagbawi ng mga negosyante mula sa epekto ng Covid-19. Partikular na dito ang pagsusuri sa vaccination cards ng mga pinapapasok sa isang establisimento.
“There are some reports that vaccines card are not being check so we’ve called out to different groups that they have to very strict in ensuring that vaccine card are checked,” ani Sec. Joey Concepcion, Presidential Adviser for Entrepreneurship.
Base sa Inter Agency Task Force Guidelines, ang mga business establishments at ilang aktibidad ay maaaring magbukas hanggang 50 percent capacity sa indoor venue capacity sa fully vaccinated individuals. Habang hanggang 70% naman sa outdoor activity
“Now I’m calling the attention of some business establishments, restaurant, spas, salon to make sure that the privilege of having this level of greater capacity comes responsibility,” dagdag ni Sec. Joey Concepcion.
Humingi naman ng tulong ang ilang mall operators ukol sa polisiya ng pagsusuot ng face mask ng mga menor de edad.
“Siguro hihingi rin kami ng guidance with regard to toddler kasi alam naman natin mahirap silang magsuot ng facemask,” ayon kay Atty. Marvin Jason Bayang, Director of Gov. Relations, JG Summit Holdings Inc.
“And probably the government can help us stronger campaign that health protocols is everybody’s responsibility because it is easy to bash the malls and even security guards somebody post in social media that there are many children and they see children without mask parang it’s a security guard fault,” pahayag naman ni Bien Mateo, SVP for Operations, SM Supermalls.
Ayon naman sa Department of Health, ipinauubaya na nila sa local government units ang desisyon ukol dito.
“So yung mga ganito pong additional protocols under alert level 2 we’re providing the LGUs independence or autonomy na makapagdecide gusto ba nilang i-restrict further, merong certain settings na iaallow yung vulenerable populations,” ayon kay Dr. Alethea de Guzman
