Ito ang ipinahayag ni Chinese Amabasador Zhao Jianhua sa kaniyang text message kay Presidential Spokesperson Salvador Panelo.

Sinabi pa ni Zhao na kung totoong chinese crew ang may gawa noon ay dapat lamang silang bigyan ng leksyon at parusahan dahil sa iresponsableng pag uugali.Umaasa rin si Zhao na mailalagay sa tamang konteksto ang pangyayari.

Ganito rin ang naging pahayag ni Chinese Foreign Ministry Spokesman Geng Shuang.
