METRO MANILA – Patuloy na nadaragdagan ang bilang ng mga nasasawi sa Coronavirus Disease 2019 o COVID-19 sa China.

Sa pinakahuling tala umabot na sa 1,019 ang bilang ng mga nasawi, 2 ay mula sa Pilipinas at Hong Kong. Sa China pa lang mahigit 42,000 na ang kumpirmadong nahawa ng naturang deadly virus.

Samantala gumagamit na ng Real Time Telemedicine ang General Hospital ng People’s Liberation Army sa Beijing para sa mga severe cases ng COVID-19 pneumonia.

Gamit ang remote diagnosis system na may 5G technology nakakapagsagawa ng diagnosis ang expert team ng pagamutan base sa medical records na ipinadadala gamit ang naturang teknolohiya.

“We focused on three cases, all in severe conditions. Experts from our hospital used their respective professional experiences to make diagnoses and recommend treatment methods from different angles. We hope that our advices would help the front-line doctors at the Huoshenshan hospital cure the patients.” ani PLA General Hospital Research Institute Of Respiratory Diseases Head Chen Liang’an.

Samantala nasa China na ang medical experts ng World Health Organization (WHO) na tutulong sa Chinese health authorities sa pagsugpo sa outbreak ng COVID-19.

Ang advance team na ito ng WHO ang magpapasimula ng isang mas malaking international team na tututok sa paglaban sa COVID-19 outbreak.
