Ayon kay Senador Serge Osmeña the third, acting chairman ng Committee on Public Services kailangang magpaliwanag ang mga opisyal ng Ninoy Aquino International Airport ukol dito.
Humingi na rin ang komite ng NBI Report sa laglag bala scam at inimbitahan ang mga nabiktima.
Paniwala ni Senador Osmeña may sindikato na nasa likod ng tanim bala scam dahil palaging ofw at matatanda ang mga nabiktima.
