Plano ni Presumptive Pres. Rodrigo Duterte na pag-aralang mabuti ang sistemang ipinatutupad sa Department of Justice at Bureau of Immigration.

Ayon kay Duterte, nais niyang malaman ang detalye ng mga reklamo at mga apelang isinasampa sa DOJ na pinagmumulan ng korapsyon.

Isa rin sa mga tututukan ni duterte ang usapin sa pagtrato ng mga immigration officer sa mga turista maging sa mga Pilipino.
