Nagtataka si Senador Miriam Defensor Santiago, kung bakit hindi alam ng MILF na nasa teritoryo nila sina Marwan at Basit Usman.
Ayon sa Page 27 letter E ng MILF report, tatlong kilometro ang layo ng lugar nina Marwan at Usman sa mismong kampo ng MILF
2005 pa umano nila pinaalis sa kanilang kampo ang mga wanted at itinuturing na terorista.
Subalit di kumbinsido rito si Senador Santiago at sinabing hindi pasado sa credibility test ang MILF report.
“It is ironic that they claim that they had no knowledge of these two high value targets that the government is pursuing, and yet those people were apparently, at a particular time just a couple of kilometers away from the hide out of the MILF. Do they mean to say that they had no knowledge of who were in the perimeters of their homeland? That’s an incredible claim. So they cannot pass the test of credibility and that cause a shadow of whole report…” pahayag ni Sen.
